This clinic website provides information about Dental PM and links to phone and map services. It does not have an online patient intake form, patient account or medical-record upload. Please discuss sensitive health information directly with the clinic through an appropriate channel.
Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Technical request information may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those files.
Calls and external websites
Phone links open your device’s dialer. Map links take you to Google Maps. External services handle information under their own privacy policies. The separately operated dental-supplies section has its own ordering and account features.
